game rules:

no slide tackle.  no cleats.  no offsides.  Throw ins. Free kicks direct or indirect (referee will dictate).  Goalkeeper can kick it passed the center line.

goalkeeper rules:

Goalkeepers can slide but only in the box.  Throw in to goalkeeper but goalkeeper cant receive it with hands.  Goalkeeper can be subbed by any other player only if needed.

Subbing and cards:

Subbing are on the fly.  Captain must confirm and make sure no more than 9 players are on the field. If goals are scored while team had more than 9 players on field, then goal is annulled.

Yellows card: 2 minutes out. Team plays a man down for 2 minutes.

Red card: Out of the tournament. No exceptions.

If final game ends in a draw, 3 penalties will be awarded to each team.
